1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ac365 platform and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ac365 website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.1 Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ac365 will never ask for your password.

3 Age Restrictions

ac365 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use the betting or gaming services on this platform.

• At the time of registration you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
• ac365 may request a copy of your identity card or national identity card at any time to verify your age.
• It is strictly prohibited for any third party to operate an account on behalf of a minor or anyone under the age of 21.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

• Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable).

4.2 Verification Timeline

Completing account verification is mandatory before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. ac365 ensures the complete confidentiality of all stored information.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on ac365.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).
• Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The bonus is applicable only once and only one bonus will be given per account.

6.2 Other Promotions

• Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the promotion page.
• If ac365 suspects bonus fraud or misuse, ac365 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• VIP program benefits and cashback offers will be governed by the VIP policy.

6.3 VIP Cashback

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason (except in specific exceptions).
• Live betting rules will apply after an event has started.
• ac365 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

7.2 Settlement of Results

The results of cricket, football and other sports bets will be settled based on the announcement of the official sports governing body. In the event of any dispute, the decision of ac365 shall be considered final.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to the rules of the software provider. Game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac365 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple identities.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Placing bets using software or automated tools.
• Attempting to use hacking, viruses or other harmful technology.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other players.
• Deceiving ac365 or providing false information.

In the event of any of the above violations, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance will be returned before the request is processed.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by ac365

ac365 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
